Limited Warranty Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Always Green Construction & Remodeling (“Contractor”) and applies exclusively to construction, remodeling, and restoration services performed by the Contractor for the original purchasing client (“Owner”). This Warranty is intended to outline the extent of coverage, limitations, and procedures for requesting warranty service.
2. Workmanship Warranty
The Contractor warrants that all labor performed will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.

2.1 Coverage Includes

Deficiencies arising directly from improper installation

Work performed in a manner inconsistent with industry standards
-
Corrective labor required due to Contractor‑related workmanship errors

If a covered defect is verified, the Contractor will, at its sole discretion, repair or correct the issue without additional cost to the Owner.
3. Materials Warranty
All materials used in the project are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. The Contractor does not independently warrant materials but will assist the Owner in submitting claims to the manufacturer when possible.

Windows, doors, and hardware

Cabinets, fixtures, and appliances
4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by Owner negligence, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance

Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic deterioration
-
Damage resulting from natural events, including but not limited to storms, floods, fire, or other acts of God
-
Structural movement or settling of the property
-
Work altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than the Contractor
-
Cracks in drywall, caulking, or grout due to natural settling or humidity changes
-
Damage caused by plumbing leaks, HVAC failures, or other mechanical issues not related to Contractor’s work

The Contractor is not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, the Owner must:

Submit a written notice describing the issue.

Provide photographs or documentation when possible.

Allow reasonable access for inspection.
​
If the issue is determined to be covered, the Contractor will schedule repairs within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Transferability
​
This Warranty applies solely to the original Owner and is non‑transferable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Contractor.
7. Entire Agreement
​
This Warranty constitutes the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between the Contractor and the Owner. No verbal statements or representations shall modify the terms herein.
